The RIODD organizers have negotiated preferential rates with two hotels for the participants of the RIODD 2024 conference. However, each participant must book his/her own room. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any reservation cancellations or "no-shows" for any reason.

• Participants must use the hotel-provided link to confirm their reservation. Payment for rooms will be made individually by credit card when booking through the link.
• Rooms can be canceled online or via email up to 7 business days before arrival without charge. In case of no-show, late cancellation, or early departure, no refund will be provided according to the cancellation policy.
