Access

From the Airport

Brussels Airport (Brussels-Zaventem) is easily accessible via several public transport options:

 Train

The airport has its own underground train station, located just below the terminal (level -1). Trains run regularly to and from Brussels' main stations (Brussels-Central, Brussels-Midi, and Brussels-North).  

- Fare: €10.80 (purchase your ticket on the SNCB website or at a station kiosk)

Bus

STIB (Line 12):  This express bus connects Brussels' city center to the airport with limited stops. It departs from Brussels-Luxembourg and offers fast journeys.  

- Fare: €8.50 (contactless payment available onboard)

De Lijn: Lines 272 and 471 serve Brussels and its surrounding areas.  

- Fare: €2.50 – €3.50 (contactless payment available onboard)

Access to ICHEC Campus

Direct lines to Montgomery (the closest stop to ICHEC):

•  Metro: Line 1  
• Tram: 7, 25, 39, 44, 81 
• Bus: 27, 61, 80

Access to ULB Campus

Direct lines to ULB – Campus Usquare:

• Tram: 7, 25
• Bus: 95, 98
• Train: Etterbeek Station

Connection between ICHEC and ULB – Campus Usquare

• From ULB – Campus Usquare to ICHEC: Take tram 7 towards Heysel or tram 25 towards Rogier (12 minutes). Get off at the "Montgomery" stop.

• From ICHEC to ULB – Campus Usquare: Take tram 7 towards Vanderkindere or tram 25 towards Boondael Gare (12 minutes). Get off at the "Gare d'Etterbeek/Etterbeek Gare" stop.

Access to Gala Dinner

• Address: Maison du Bois, Av. des Volontaires 2, 1040 Etterbeek, Belgium.

• From ICHEC: Take tram 7 towards Vanderkindere or tram 25 towards Boondael Gare. Get off at the "Arsenaal" stop.
